“Greg! Hold on, Greg!” she called as she made after me, her high-heels knocking somewhere behind me. I paced away to the balcony and the cold wave from the ocean view swept across my face, leaving behind chills that gave me goose pimples. “I am sorry Greg if I was too forward to bring up such discussion at the wrong time,” she tendered her apology once she caught up with me. I gazed upon her and my heart thudded with the sorry look on her face. I wanted to tell her to keep her apology, that I was joyful over her knowing my true identity, even though she might begin to avoid me like plague now. I really wanted her to know all about me. The reason I walked away from her was to bring her to a lonelier corner, away from the crowd on the party ground.
