SINFUL
He looked familiar but still I could not put a pin on where I had seen this stranger in the past.
His full red lips pulsed in a way that looked like he was smirking, but the pinching, and slight crease in his brows said otherwise—he wasn’t smirking—not at all.
Rather he was studying me, the same exact way a beast would do before he pounced on his prey.
My gaze moved down to his thick, muscular body clad in a white long sleeve shirt which he rolled down to his elbows sexily.
The sight sent a zing through my core making me curse at the pleasure I felt.
I definitely could not have hots for this man.
He might be a kidnapper for all I care.
His jet black hair, still laid sleek behind.
He looked like he just walked out of an office meeting, but the aura he carried, made him stand out from every other man I’ve ever met.
A shiver slid down my spine as my core tightened.
He was the kind of man women dreamt about in wet dreams only.
“You passed out,” he muttered.
His lips pressed in a hard line, while his gaze stared intently on my face.
My brows creased in confusion, and as if I just opened a damp.
Memories of everything that happened yesterday, along with Xavier cheating on me, and then him—
I stumbled back.
“You hit me with your car.
You almost killed me!” I hissed in anger, a shudder passing through me as I remembered everything.
His gaze hardened at my words as he spoke.
“My car barely touched you.
You passed out on the ground from drunkenness.
You were never hit by my car.
I’ve had my doctor come in here and check you while you were unconscious.
And he said, everything is fine,” he said.
His voice was deep and dark.
Having an undertone that sent a spicy kind of feeling through me.
This man was turning my mind into a slut, just by thinking of the things his voice elicited through me.
My memory flashed back to last night.
He told no lies. I never felt the impact of his car hitting me.
Rather, I passed out because I was dizzy from the numerous drinks I had.
Now I felt immensely foolish.
He looked at me once more.
His beautiful orbs studied me like he had never seen a face like mine.
But the expression bleeding in his gaze was unreadable.
“Have a nice rest.
My driver would take you to your home tomorrow," he nodded, turning to walk out, but my next words halted his steps.
“Wait,” I called out.
I moved towards where he stood outside the bathroom door by now.
Luckily, the light from there was enough to see although the darkness of the room was undeniable.
I swallowed, knowing I was making an impulsive decision, but I had no other choice.
I had gone to the club with one purpose.
Find a man, good enough to take what Xavier never deserved.
My virginity. I wanted it gone.
But then, I went ahead and drowned my sorrows in alcohol.
I doubt I’ll ever get an opportunity like this again, and this man.
He was everything a man like Xavier would envy.
And that was exactly what I needed.
“Let’s have sex,” the words slipped from my lips before I could fathom what I said.
My hands moved to clasp around my mouth.
My eyes wide with shock, as I stared at him, just realizing the words I said.
His gaze flared in disbelief, probably never expecting a vulgar word like that from my lips.
“What did you just say?” He questioned, and I watched as amusement danced in his eyes.
An expression other than the blank face that seemed to be permanently etched on his face.
I felt like crying in shame as tears burnt at the back of my eyes knowing I just made a big fool of myself.
Biting into the soft flesh of my lips, I tightened my fist together, gathering all the courage I could muster.
My hands slipped to the strap of the night gown.
Taking my precious time, I watched as his gaze followed my actions.
Dragging the strap along the flesh of my skin, I slid it down.
The small rope dangled languidly at my side, leaving a large portion of my boobs on show.
I gulped, knowing my actions were extreme and I had never done something like this before.
But still, I was not ready to lose the attention of a man like him.
Moving to the other strap, I did the same thing, watching as his eyes trailed every motion my fingers made.
The gown fell down to my waist, and I shifted slightly, watching as it fell at the pool beneath my legs.
The cool air from the window fanned my body, and I struggled not to shiver under his gaze.
“What are you doing?” He rasped, looking away.
He clenched his jaws hard, as he stared at the open window.
His voice— thicker, huskier and darker than usual.
He sounded as if he was straining to control himself.
The darkness of the room cast on his shadow, while the bright light from the bathroom shone on my naked body.
My perky breast stood in attention, and it took everything in me not to wrap my hands around myself, running away like a coward.
I knew I was probably going to regret my decision later.
But as for now.
The image of Xavier and Natasha still stained my soul.
I could still see them before my eyes almost like they were before me.
And I refuse to let a man as unfaithful as Xavier hold me back.
“You had already seen me naked earlier when you changed me, so why are you looking away now?” I asked, trying to be seductive.
But his next words made me freeze.
“I did not change you.
I would never take advantage of a woman in a state like yours.
I had a female staff do it, while I ordered the dress for you,” he spat through gritted teeth.
“So what exactly are you trying to do?” He questioned harshly.
I watched as his jaws ticked hardly, while his fists beside himself tightened.
Almost as if it was taking every will in him to control himself.
I felt immensely foolish and ashamed at my abrupt and obtuse actions.
Maybe this was it, the punishment I deserved for being foolishly blind to Xavier's ploy along—or the revenge I needed.
I didn’t care which—because I was so ready to take them all.
“I think you already know clearly what exactly I want sir.
Let’s spend the night together.”
