Chapter 106
CAMILA'S POV
The night choked me.
The moonlight was smothered by heavy clouds that rolled in above the warehouse like war smoke. We squatted behind rusted-out cars, my hand clenched around my pistol grip, mud seeping into my knees. I held my breath. I held my breath until the first whisper reached the communications system.
"Observe the west entrance. Two guards.
No one could see me nodding, but I did. My pulse was audible in my ears. Quick. Hard. It's almost too loud. As if it would reveal our identity.
"Are you sure this is the place?" A whisper came from behind me.
"This is it. This is the cookhouse located in Santiago. Let's set it on fire.
