Chapter 46 Rain
"I thought you wanted to visit the site of the crime?" He asked me while raising his eyebrows.
"I know, but where are they going?" I frowned.
Gabriel's eyes turned in another direction , refusing to make eye contact with me.
We borrowed some documents from Alpha Vincent. I sent Colt to return them to Troy.
I looked back at Troy and Colt, who were closing in on the pack, unable to make a decision.
"Should I offer to join them? Or go alone with him?" I was standing there in utter dilemma .
"What could be worse, Elizabeth? Don't forget we're alphas now," my wolf reminded me.
I turned and nodded to him, "Okay, let's go."
We began to walk steadily, and silence stretched between us. I took some time to observe our surroundings.
I had never explored the West before. It was famous for its sweet greenery. I also agreed with this fact, and now I was looking around .
