She had fallen asleep in his arms once more, his large body curled protectively over her as he held her tightly to his chest. As sleep found her quickly, he fought against it, rather, his mind did. The weight of her words settled heavily on his mind. He must know why she felt so horridly about herself. He craved to understand.
