Chapter 88
Aurora's POV
After the last maid left, I locked the door and returned to the living room. The day had been a long one starting from the maid and Ophelia's drama. My head banged from just thinking about everything.
Then, the kids had thrown tantrums requesting to see Xavier and I had to promise them a weekend with him. Mum was currently in Jannie's room, reading a story book to them. I could picture Jay huddled beside his sister as Mum created pictures using their ideas.
I sighed loudly as I thought about Ophelia. I knew she had lied about not being involved with Adriana. Since I met her at Xavier's place, I had noticed she wasn't the kind of lady I would want in my circle.
