Narrator's POV Ryan was sleeping in his office when a knock came on his door. He got up and rolled his eyes, as he looked everywhere surprised. “Urghh… can't believe I spent the night here again.” He got up and stretched his back. “Rachel can be such a pest. Why does she have to make my life unbearable?” He stretched his long legs and headed to the door. He opened it up to see Park, his Beta. “Good morning, Alpha Ryan,” Beta Park bowed slightly as he greeted Ryan. “Beta Park, what brought you so early?” Ryan looked at his watch and it was 5 am. “This better be good, else I'll be going to my room, I need better rest.” He rubbed his aching back as he strolled out of the office into his corridor. He was heading towards his room and Beta Park was following him. “Erm– it's quite important, I guess.” Ryan paused, and he flashed him a glare. Park froze for a minute and looked down. “It better be important. Else you'll pay for ruining my sleep.” Ryan had been unnecessarily inconsiderate since
