The moment Eliza stepped into the tent with her companions, my gaze followed her involuntarily.
It wasn’t intentional, nor was it something I had control over. She commanded my attention like a force of nature.
I had this strong irresistible pull that left me helpless against it.
I had never felt like this towards anyone before.
Honestly? I never thought I could. The feeling I had for her was genuine and so strong that it made me scared sometimes.
