In Northbridge, Margot had worked all night before finally leaving the lab. Exhaustion showed clearly on her face. She was about to walk home when a sleek sedan came speeding over and stopped smoothly in front of her. Nathaniel got out of the car and opened the passenger door with a bright smile. Margot got in without hesitation. The moment she sat down, Nathaniel handed her breakfast. "You worked hard." Margot took the breakfast Nathaniel offered and opened it.
