Calvin's POV A nurse came over with disinfectant for my hands, but I waved her away. "One more thing," I added, grabbing Zeon's arm. "Have Marcel investigate how Clara and Liri knew Evelyn and the twins would be coming to the Bloodbane pack house tonight. Focus on our people." Zeon's face went pale. "Alpha, you think we have a traitor?" "I hope not," I said grimly. "Evelyn's people are loyal to her, and she's been extremely cautious since her return. That leaves our side." Zeon immediately mind-linked the appropriate security personnel, his expression grim as he relayed my orders. A doctor came out of the emergency area, walking quickly toward us. "Alpha Calvin," he said with a slight bow. "We need to discuss Alpha Leon's condition." "Leon? What happened to him?" I asked. The doctor's expression was grave. "He took two silver bullets to the leg while protecting the twins. His tendons are severed, and the silver poisoning has caused extensive tissue damage. We're in surgery removing the
