Author's POV Bryan was startled, but his conversation with Jacob had ended a while ago and he was still frozen in place. He turned his head, making sure Moira was still there, so cheerful, and that everything could be ruined if Jacob came with Jude, as he had said earlier. Bryan immediately turned off the GPS on his cell phone and all the devices he had, including his car. He didn't want anyone to come and disturb his moment with Moira. "Is there a problem?" asked Moira when Bryan returned. She could see from a distance that Bryan looked restless and had been watching her intently since earlier. Even so, Bryan still said nothing. He intended to confront Jacob if he actually came. However, until late at night, there were no signs of disturbance and Bryan sighed with relief.
