Author's POV Jude and Jacob arrived at the VIP room in the restaurant. Mirielle and Bella were already waiting there. Jacob, still smiling crookedly because of what had happened a few minutes earlier, entered, and Bella, who had been frowning at his strange behavior, noticed him. "What's making you smile like that? Did something funny happen? Or... did you just win a billion-dollar tender?" Bella asked suspiciously. Jacob shook his head, but his laughter nearly escaped. "There was just something interesting that happened earlier. But it's not important. I just can't stop thinking about it. Never mind, let's eat now."
