96: The Luna’s Dagger

For three days, we trained to prepare physically and mentally. It was undeniable. I too was worried about Alastair’s transformation. He had threatened to attack the First Light Pack after Silver Moon. Until now, there had been no further movement. But waiting for an attack was worse, making me giddy and restless.
The First Light Pack had a large grassy field for training. With terraced ground and uneven rocks as the natural conditions of their territory. Also, they had dozens of dojo rooms for other martial arts training. The biggest hospital in the region was also in their control. No one could harm us here.
The total First Light Pack troops ready for battle were about 300 men. Plus about 100 troops from the Crescent Moon Pack. The remaining Silver Moon troops who joined were 50 men. Although still far fewer than Alastair’s forces, we were ready to fight to the last drop of blood. All so we could destroy the Lord of Darkness.
