Chapter THIRTY - SIX 

REGRETS  YRENE’S POV. My scream was so loud that even the teachers who were still busy sorting things out with the Frenchmen were stunned. What happened to me? Well, it didn’t warrant a scream but I did anyway. The person who bumped into me almost pushed me over the taffrail. My feet were off the ground already! Well, let’s not exaggerate. My feet were only inches from the ground but still, the thought of being plunged into the cold, dark river and drowning due to being overweight was really scary. Fran, on her part was so scared that she held onto me dearly and everyone stared at us with disdain in their eyes. “What’s wrong?” A guy asked, and I turned back to see he was the one who had accidentally bumped into me, and two other guys stood behind him, staring at me like I was an attention-seeker. “What’s going on there?” Miss Taylor, another teacher asked, as she came closer to the scene. “I accidentally bumped into Yrene here and she screamed.” The guy replied immediately and she look
