The surroundings fell into utter silence.
Jasmine started to feel scared and knocked on the door with all her might. But being at the far end of the third floor, where few ever came, she didn't know if anyone could hear her.
Her arms grew tired from all the knocking, but she refused to give up. Every so often, she resumed knocking on the door.
