Chapter 101
After hanging up the call, Theodore was feeling pretty low. He dialed up his buddy, Ryan Stuart.
"Ryan, come out for a drink," Theodore said bluntly.
Ryan, third in his family, was your typical playboy. The Chambers and Stuart families had been close for generations, and he'd grown up alongside Theodore—they were childhood besties. With an older brother and sister already killing it in the business world, Ryan had zero pressure to take over anything, so he just messed around all day, living carefree.
"Whoa, Mr. CEO himself suddenly remembers I exist?" Ryan teased with a cheeky grin.
He and Theodore were total opposites, so the fact that they were still friends was kind of a miracle.
"Where are you? It's loud," Theodore frowned.
"Hold on, I'll send you the location," Ryan replied, then hung up.
A minute later, Theodore got a location pin.
It was a bar on West Bridge.
He looked up at the flickering neon sign and rubbed his temples before pushing the door open.
