Chapter 10 : Please don't take my virginity

Maya "Well, welcome... mate," Leonardo spoke, his eyes scanning me with a chilling detachment. They darkened at the sight of me, leaving me uncertain whether it was hatred or just lust. "We've been waiting for you," Maximus added, gesturing coldly toward their room, "Get inside." Get inside... for what? They were talking to me as if I were just an object... A lump formed in my throat, and the pain in my chest intensified. I knew they would never accept me as their mate, so maybe it would be better to end it right here. "I know you two don't want me... so please reject me right now and end this," I managed to say, lacking the courage to utter the words of rejection myself. I knew I could never do that, no matter what. "Who told you we don't want you, puppet?" Leonardo asked, his eyes glittering with amusement and something dark that sent shivers down my spine. "We've always shown interest in your body, haven't we?" He began to approach me, and I backed away until I was pressed against t
