Kayla's POV The nurse returned and quietly told me I could put my underwear back on before the next procedure. About fifteen minutes later, another woman entered the room, pushing a cart. She introduced herself and explained that she would be performing the ultrasound. The lights were dimmed so she could see the screen clearly. I closed my eyes, trying to stay calm.
