Meliza's POV I wasn’t worried about Moreen, at all. She was getting pissed, and that was exactly where I wanted her. With every missed strike, she lost focus and forgot her strategy. I knew she was planning to hurt me; my wolf, Aurora, had already warned me. If she thinks breaking my nose will be easy, she’s in for a surprise. This is a fight, there are no rules, and I’m not about to just stand there and let her land a hit. I intend to humiliate her, and then deal with her properly. She’s been acting out of control, clinging to some inflated sense of superiority. The way she treated that younger girl in front of everyone was disgusting. That girl couldn’t be older than eighteen, and Moreen tore her down in front of the entire training group for no reason. She’s only twenty-one, just a year older than me, but she walks around like she’s already Luna. Moreen has no grace, no compassion. She can’t see the value in people unless it’s stamped with a rank.
