Chapter 160
Dominic stepped out of the study and spotted the old flip phone on the table. It was fully charged now, so he picked it up and handed it over to Louise, who was sitting cross-legged on the sofa downstairs. Her pale face was makeup-free, and her long hair was thrown up in a messy bun. She glanced over at him, pushing up the black-rimmed glasses on her nose.
"Here's the phone." Dominic held it out in his large hand-the same one they'd gotten from Andrew.
Louise took it and tried turning it on. Surprisingly, the thing still powered up.
Ever since Andrew had cut ties with that person years ago, he'd kept this phone buried away at home and never touched it again.
She opened the contacts. A bunch of old names popped up-people from Andrew's past. Sifting through the texts, she deleted the junk and started piecing together who had reached out to Andrew back then.
"This number looks really familiar."
She leaned forward in the living room, grabbed a pen from under the coffee table, and scribbled
