Dominic Ellis wiped all the photos off her phone, tossed it back onto the table, and said coldly, “Last warning—don’t even think about pushing my limits. If you do, your baby might not make it, and as for you, accidents happen all the time.”
He didn’t stick around for a reply. Turning on his heel, he walked straight out.
Grace Riley’s expression twisted in fury as she shouted at his back, “Didn’t you notice Louise just finished lunch with another guy in this very restaurant? They left right before we came in!”
Dominic paused for a beat, then said without turning around, “That’s warning number one. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Watch your mouth and your actions. Say something again that pisses me off—you won’t be able to handle the fallout.”
