Since Cyril had heard his words, there was no need to worry further. The next steps were up to Cyril. "Tonight, I specially prepared a glass of milk for you. Your people say we’re not treating you well," Balk said during dinner, placing a glass of milk in front of Cyril with a clear implication. Cyril looked at the milk and then at Anna. Though he didn’t say anything, it was obvious he suspected something. "I just mentioned it out of concern that they might not take good care of you," Anna quickly replied, noticing everyone's eyes on her. Cyril nodded, took a sip of the milk, and then said, "This afternoon, I heard you broke Silvia’s plates. You need to pay for them. This is someone else's home, and you need to respect their property. This is the first and last time. Also, you haven't apologized to Silvia for breaking
