Chapter 34-02

　　 　　"I have to visit another pack," Damien told me when he found me outside sitting in the sun. 　　I furrowed my eyebrows. What? He was going to leave at a time like this? 　　As if he noticed my discomfort, he quickly added, "You'll be coming with me." 　　I knew that I could take care of myself but I wasn't sure it was a good idea for me to be alone. 　　"When are we leaving?" I asked. 　　He checked his watch. "Now would be best. Just pack a couple pairs of clothes," he said. I nodded and got up from the chair I was sitting on. I went to my room and packed some clothes in a bag along with a few toiletries. 　　"Which pack are we going to?" I asked Damien when we got into his car. 　　"Moonlit Waters Pack," he replied. I immediately recognized that name. 　　"Hey, that's my mom's old pack," I stated smiling, but then I frowned. "Wait. We are going back to California?"
