Chapter 5-02
I walked over to the elevator and went up to the 7th floor. I took a seat at the lounge and pulled my phone out of my pocket. I noticed some texts from my friends and a missed call from Justin.
I called Justin back and he picked up on the second ring.
"Hey," he said through the other end.
"Hey, Justin. How was your game?" I asked, tracing the armrest of the couch with my fingers.
"We won. It was a close game though. I miss you," he said to me.
"I miss you, too," I told him honestly.
We easily got into conversation easily. It's always easy to talk to him. I guess that's one of the things I like most about him.
We talked for about an hour or so before I hung up. I stared out the window and starting thinking. What's going to happen now?
My mate didn't seem interested in me at all. Was I supposed to go home and pretend that this didn't happen. That I did
