I walked out of my room feeling better than yesterday, and I needed to apologize for my outburst. Irene, who didn't deserve any of this, was among those who suffered. Maybe Declan and Faye deserved what I did, but they don't truly deserve it. I have been a bitch and should make amends.
I braced myself as I descended the stairs. Willow had come earlier to call me out for dinner, but I sent her away so I knew they would be by the dining table.
“Are you sure Claire said she was coming down to eat this morning?” One asked, and that question should go to Willow. But who owns that voice? I don't recognize it.
“Yeah, she said so!” Willow replied, but not in her usual voice.
“It's been ten minutes; maybe 8 should go check up on her. Or we can have someone send her meals to her room. I just don't know what she will prefer. Though I know she loves apples, tarts and pancakes, that is the only thing I can still remember from our childhood; there should be more, but my memory seems glo
