Chapter 43

“I am calling Amy to come and check on Dafina. She will arrive any minute.” Jayden said. Kayden took a glance at Jayden before turning back to Dafina. Dafina is still trying very hard not to look at Kayden. I decided to walk to the bed side and sit at the side of the bed. “Dafina, you should be hungry. Kayden made some breakfast for you. You should probably start eating it. It’s getting cold already.” I said, while looking at her. She turned her face around and looked at me. The moment she wanted to open her mouth, I shook my head a little and signalled her to eat the breakfast placed in front of her. She looked down at her food and then I caught her sneaking glances at Kayden. After a while, she picked up the fork and poked the sausages. Slowly, she put the sausage into her mouth and munch.
