Tabitha frowned. "And if I still refuse? What's the plan? Keep me prisoner?"
"If I wanted to, I could," Cyrus said bluntly. "But I hope you'll choose to stay."
Tabitha let out a cold laugh. "If it wasn't for Derek, I wouldn't have agreed to come in the first place."
"Don't get me wrong. My offer is sincere. My pack may be ruthless, but we are never ungrateful."
"Let me think about it," she said.
