JADE’S POV I’m hurrying down the street now and still panicking as I check if he’s seen my message about being around a bus stop; it doesn’t look like he has, which worries me even more. How the hell did I manage to sit motionless in front of the television for two consecutive hours without recognizing that something was amiss? What would have happened if he hadn’t asked me what I wanted? I don’t even want to think about that now; it would start the headache I was trying so hard to avoid. The show was good at all, but still, I should have been more careful
