Austyn was fine less than five minutes ago.
Now he looked so weak and pale.
‘It’s going to be okay.’ Giana twisted around in the front passenger seat and tried to comfort her.
Giana urged the driver, ‘Step on it, please!’
Kira blinked.
She searched frantically for her phone. ‘Where’s my phone?’
‘Calm down, Kira.’ Noah sat next to her. ‘It’s in your hand.’
Kira looked down and saw the phone.
She called Kai.
The assistant answered it within ten seconds. ‘Young Madam, before you get mad, I can explain. Boss ordered me not to—’
‘Austyn fainted!’ Kira cut him off. ‘We’re heading into the hospital right now.’
Kai was stunned into silence.
He slapped a palm to his forehead.
He knew it.
He should not have obeyed Austyn’s order and left him alone.
‘Which hospital?’
‘Where are we going?’ Kira asked Giana.
‘Alvernia Park,’ Giana said.
It was the nearest hospital.
Kira repeated the name to Kai.
‘I’ll be there right away.’
Kai arrived in half an hour.
