Anya stood quietly in front of the tall antique mirror, her fingertips brushing the soft lace around her waist.

The fabric cascaded down like a waterfall, trailing behind her in waves of silk and sparkle. A gentle glow from the chandelier above bathed her in warm light, making her look like a vision from a dream.
