Although there weren't many people waiting at the City Clerk's Office, Max and Elizabeth were all there later and still had to wait. Elizabeth didn't sleep well last night and felt very tired, so she found a place to sit down. Max followed her, but he still had a dark face and didn't sit next to Elizabeth.
