CHAPTER 34 Where Is Annabel

Mara and Daniel were still looking for Annabel as they followed the road which she had followed earlier, together with two of Mr. Evidence Men. On their way to the restroom, they had noticed some hidden places that might be used for holding a person captive and then decided to check there. It looked like an abandoned building. They searched each and every place that looked suspicious or hidden just to be sure that her dear Annabel wasn't there. "Wait! Mara said. "over here." she pointed. "Let us check here" she pointed again towards a hidden place that she thought Annabel must have been held captive. They searched and searched but couldn't find her. "where could she be? Are you with your phone? Mara asked Daniel. "Oh, yes I am." She collected his phone and dialled Annabel's number. she called Annabel line three times but it isn't connecting. 'What could have happened to her?' Mara wondered. She tried calling again but this time around, the phone rang but no one picked up the call.
