Kate’s POV  “You look really tired, Kate,” Erlan said as he opened the car door for me. “I am,” I admitted as I got into the car. “I had a lot on my mind today.” Erlan stared at me for a moment, as if considering his next words, then said, “I’m glad you said yes to my invitation.
