Isabella’s POV I’ve decided what I want to do with Damon's family company. I don't want anything to do with them, but that doesn't mean I will let this slide. It was the Weekend when I decided to talk to Matteo's lawyer, who's also his friend. “What do you mean you'll withdraw the case against Damon Sanchez?” I crossed my legs while sitting on the single couch. Matteo was silently sitting on the long couch, watching me intently while Attorney Julian Volkov was in front of him, sitting and looking at me with confusion. “I said what I said, Attorney Volkov.” I lifted my chin. “I want to withdraw the case.” His forehead creased as he turned to Matteo. “Matteo…” Matteo turned to him. “It's not my decision to make, Julian.” “What?” Attorney Volkov scoffed. “What about your hard work? You wasted your time and resources for this. You're just gonna let him out?” Matteo shrugged his shoulders like what I want doesn't even weigh as a problem. “I guess Isabella doesn't want an easy defeat for the
