My chest tightened—I thought Ronald Wright had figured something out. But he didn’t wait for an answer. Instead, he suddenly dipped down and bit my neck, hard.
I almost punched him. “Ronald Wright, how am I supposed to show my face now?!”
He smirked and messed up my hair in that annoying way of his. “Then don’t. Just show it to me.”
After that, Ronald left for work.
The second he was out the door, I bounced out of bed. It was 8 a.m. here, which meant it was evening overseas.
