Roseline’s POV
I was still distracted when Roman walked out from nowhere and sprayed water on Adrian.
His faced changed to displeasure – he probably never taken the initiative to play with his kid.
I pitied Roman. So, I made it my mission to change things— even if it was only for today.
Sometimes, people didn’t see the value of someone until they lose them.
Adrian still had his child but he couldn’t just find time to be with him.
How incompetent could he be?
Does he even know how many wishes for this kind of chances?
I never had the love of my parents from age ten and I wish for just one day to be with them—play, laugh, chat and just bond.
“Mr. Foster, can you not ruin the fun? Roman is happy and that’s what should count. “I said, teasing him with a shy smile.
Roman followed my cue and I couldn’t help but tear up. His happiness meant so much to me and I was confident that we’ll make it work.
He eagerly approached his father, tugged on his sleeves as he told him how he’d wished to play
