Roseline’s POV
After saying the words, I pushed Adrian aside angrily and turned back towards Roman’s room. Somehow, I felt like I should check on him again—just to confirm that he was okay.
I touched his cheeks only to find out that he was burning with fever. Even though, I remembered the doctor mentioning it, I still panicked.
With a child you can never take any chances.
Without realizing it, I had run out of the room. I’d even forgotten to push the emergency button.
