After cleaning up, I calmly left the restroom as if nothing had happened and returned to the church. When the priest saw me coming back, he pretended to be engrossed in reading his Bible. I did not say anything, nor did I reveal my suspicion that he was following me out of worry that I might flee. I did not know how long it would take for the drink Lucas gave me to take effect. To avoid arousing suspicion, I found a seat and pretended to feel dizzy, leaning back as if fainting. The priest visibly relaxed upon noticing my reaction, which confirmed that my feigned fainting was the right move. I leaned back in the chair and pretended to faint, closing my eyes. After about five minutes, I faintly heard movement beside me. It seemed the priest was coming over to check my breathing and softly called out to me a few times, but I did not respond. After he sighed deeply in relief, a few seconds later, I heard the sound of a phone being dialed. After a couple of rings, a voice came from th
