Scarlett's POV I didn't move. I couldn't, even if I wanted to. His eyes felt like they had already captured my soul. Much more than my wolf, Kaya, for she spoke to me for the second time, but her words were all about the man before me—like a siren, alluring me with his presence. I'm doomed, right? My entire body trembled—not just from the coldness of the lake—but from how he kept approaching me with deliberate intent, his eyes locked onto mine. I couldn't help but look away. He's seducing me, right? He's really seducing me! And I couldn't help but want it too. I couldn't help but look forward to what he would do next. His silver eyes blazed with an intensity that ignited something deep in my chest, almost making my breath hitch. He's more than just handsome. Even the word 'handsome' can't do justice to how stunning he is. I'd never met a man who could compare to his looks, his demeanor, or his aura.
