"Another gathering again? Didn't we just have one yesterday?" I frowned, looking at the parchment Kathleen had given me.
Her face, once always smiling, was now grim. There were dark circles under her eyes, making me feel guilty when I saw how hard she was working.
Sensing my emotions and gaze, she gave me a smile. "Don't worry about me, Sca. You should worry about yourself, since you're no better off than I am."
I chuckled. "I just feel guilty having you run around."
Kathleen rolled her eyes. "I told you, we are sisters, and I am happy to do this for you. Or—" she narrowed her eyes, "you don't see me as your sister, so you're eager to get rid of me, is that it?"
