Finally, we had decided to go back to the Nightshade since the next council would take three to five days, and that council session would be the last session, giving us one last time to rethink our decisions, to hasten revisions, and to gather support and allies… all necessary for it.
Finally, it would be the final session. It took long enough. I had suffered, endured, been humiliated and mocked during the trials, all just because I wanted freedom. I didn't even demand compensation for the service I had done as the Luna of the Crescent Moon, who rebuilt it step by step and from scratch. I didn't even ask for compensation for the pain I suffered emotionally under my Alpha's betrayal.
