Rosalie's direct flight to Lovick took off right on time at 8:00 am from Sheynia Airport.
Sleepiness hit Rosalie like a tidal wave, and she couldn't hold on any longer. Slowly, her dark-ringed eyes closed. She slept for over seven hours.
When she woke up, she finally realized that she had truly left. Alone, far from home, heading to a foreign land.
This was a future she had never imagined for herself.
Only after taking this step did Rosalie understand that farewells weren't as painful, and loneliness wasn't as heart-wrenching as she once thought.
