Sure enough, Ambrose let out a cold snort. "Enough!"
He clenched his fists tightly, then turned around and forced a smile. "Everyone, enjoy yourselves. We're all here to catch up and have fun, so let's not bring work into it."
Ambrose had given himself a graceful way out. Lorraine recognized it and didn't push him into a corner.
