Chapter 1704 Refusal

Tamara looked at him with a calm gaze. She instantly understood what deal he was trying to strike. He said he didn't want to be troubled by dreams either. She lowered her gaze and unconsciously gripped the blanket tighter. "I don't want to." Her refusal was swift and cold. Sebastian paused, and his smile faded as he looked at her indifferent expression. For a moment, he didn't know what to say. He had never felt so powerless before. Nonetheless, he had always been powerless against her anyway. His gaze darkened. Just then, the doorbell rang. Sebastian suppressed his emotions and got up to answer the door. He returned with a set of clothes and placed them next to Tamara. "You should put these on first." Then, he turned and left the room. The door closed slowly, and Tamara closed her eyes with it, feeling a dull pain in her heart. She didn't understand why she felt this way. She and him were strangers! Was she supposed to be affected by the dreams? All her efforts to escape f
