The journey took longer than they expected. Perseus and the gang travelled for almost three hours to finally reach the peak of the mountain. The sun only began to set around 9:00 pm. The mountain acted like a curtain that separated the desert from the lush greenery. "It's beautiful," Melinda exclaimed before using her phone to snap a photo. The desert was incredibly vast.
