Those were not the kind of problems an assistant should be worrying about.
After a brief pause, Jack let out a soft sigh. "Mr. Whitfield, why don't I take you to the hotel you usually stay at?"
Logan sounded slightly annoyed. "I have a home. Why would I stay at a hotel?"
Jack froze. He wanted a hotel when he had a home, and now that he had nowhere to go, he refused one.
A cold breeze hit them as they stepped out of the restaurant, and Logan suddenly felt a wave of dizziness. "Call Vivi. Have her come pick me up."
Jack looked helpless. Vivian had left so decisively earlier. There was no way she would come back to fetch him.
He hesitated for a moment, then decided it was worth a try to call her anyway.
Vivian had just arrived at her place and parked when Jack's call came through. "What is it?" she asked coldly.
From her tone, Jack could tell she was only annoyed at being interrupted, giving Logan no thought at all.
