Without missing a beat, Rafael placed our order. "Three shrimp pesto pastas, one large braised beef brisket, braised pork belly, and some sautéed vegetables, please."
Then, he turned toward us with a smile and explained, "Mr. Palmer, Ms. Cole, this place has been around for over a century. Just like their sign says, it's the most authentic Millsburg cuisine in South District.
