CHAPTER THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY – GRAND REOPENING
In the weeks following the grand reopening, Cesaro's Bistro was busier than ever. The publicity from their ordeal with Ricci, combined with the outpouring of community support, had turned the restaurant into the hottest spot in town. While Jasmine was thrilled with their success, she quickly realized they were understaffed for the sudden influx of customers.
"We need to hire more people," she told Marco one evening as they were closing up. "At least two more servers and another line cook."
Marco nodded, wiping down the bar. "Agreed. Why don't you put out an ad and start interviewing? I trust your judgment."
Jasmine smiled, touched by his faith in her. "Alright, I'll get on it first thing tomorrow."
Little did she know what she was getting herself into.
The next morning, Jasmine crafted a carefully worded job posting and sent it out to local job boards and newspapers. By lunchtime, her email was flooded with applications, and her phone was ringing off the hook.
