Roland stopped and turned to Isabel with a glitter of light in his eyes. Isabel crossed her hands across her chest and asked haughtily, "Do you have anything against me?” "No," he muttered. "Then, why have you been ignoring me?” He did not answer. Isabel wanted to get angry at him but could not make herself hurl more insults at him when she saw how handsome he looked. She took a breath and said, “It’s not like I want you to stay this late at the office every day.
