Marcus didn't even glance at anyone else. He walked straight to Elaine and placed another test paper on her desk.

"Finish this one too," Marcus said flatly, no room for negotiation in his tone.
The test he handed her wasn't particularly hard for her, but for someone at her level, it was a serious time-eater. An hour was definitely pushing it. Even two hours might not cut it—unless you already knew all those complicated formulas and—

"If you can't finish it, you fail," Marcus replied, face stone-cold.
